Motorola - Display issues in Motorola phone sim tray issue and poor performance

Hello,
I have been using Motorola Edge ** for a year. I purchased this phone to use it for a long duration but the performance of this phone is too poor.
Suddenly, *-* green lines have started to appear. The phone has never fallen and there is no physical damage to the phone.
Performance wise the phone gets stuck, switch off while charging, or if kept idle for long hours. In addition, the SIM tray never pops out. I never needed to change the sim after the first day of insertion. Recently, when I wanted to put *nd sim, I could not.
I am completely disappointed with the phone.
I request you to kindly solve the issues of my phone and provide me with a repaired phone free of cost.
