The seller denied to dispatch * books viz Usborne All about feelings, and Usborne All about families, which are already paid for transaction dated Nov **, **** via UPI. Seller forced to purchase * new books for which enquiry was made and interest conveyed on No. **, **** afternoon. However, no confirmation was made as no transaction done towards those new books. The seller has refused to dispatch books already paid for on Nov **, **** until the new purchase is made, forcing the customer. Absolute dispecable rude behavior, and blocking of the customer on both WhatsApp Business Account and Instagram profile page leaving the customer in lurch. Transaction details available as proof. The seller is based out of Jamshedpur as stated by seller named Ms. Winnie Aiwin Chen with an online presence on WhatsApp and Instagram Business Account. The handle named The Reading Ladder.
To top it the seller has been very rude calling the customer fickle minded and indecisive. And refused to take calls. Upon somehow getting through the seller to clear the air, the seller entered a monologue and rogue behavior. Also, the claim of the seller that products were shared since * days its absolutely fslse, cause the new books in discussion were enquired about they same day in Nov **, **** afternoon and all this ruckus was created by the same night. Also, the seller constantly presuurised to make further purchase by asking again and again if the customer has gone through the links and details.
