IFB - Dishwasher fails in one month

I bought a dishwasher from IFB in the month of October. The machine stopped working after exactly one month. After numerous follow up, the technician came after * days to have a look. He said that one component had failed. They took ** days to get the spare part. The machine did not work even after replacing the spare part. All this while I had to deal with rude and non-cooperative service support group of IFB. Late after one month of delay, they said that they would replace the machine. Now I have lost faith in IFB completely. Neither their machine is reliable, nor their service support people are reliable. So I have requested them to refund my money. They are neither refusing to do so, nor are ready to refund. Tehy are just sending polite reply that my problem would be resolved soon. This business is going on for the last ** days.
