I had two Airtel bank account one with wallet and one as Payment. Due to RBI regulations in **** I asked them to close one and make another as Payment Bank account. But they closed one and stuck another as Wallet itself. They are trying to keep postponing without resolving the issue as the wallet is not getting upgraded as Payment bank account because KYC information is locked with the other closed account.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
