Hertaj hospital - Discrimination by the hospital

The Hertaj hospital is one of the reputed hospitals of Amritsar where Dr Tejinder K Nagpal is respected for its medical consultation for gyno patients. I m very let down by the OPD service being given to common man. Everyone gets their number token number from the reception counter. Then waits in the queue but here come the rich people they keep coming and gets medical assistance and the common man keeps waiting for his turn. That queue never reduces. They have to wait all their day for a turn to come and which only adds to its suffering, anguish and anger. This system has been changed and done on merit basis.
