Had purchased * pizzas &had confirmed that today being Tuesday the second Pizza would be at **%off. Refer bill no # **** DTD **/**/**. Amount paid including soft drinks & Spaghetti amounted to Rs ****/- including GST.
The concerned person at the M.G.Road, Pune, outlet denied outrightly &did not allow us to even cancel our order & refund the amount as the order was not even placed.
