I was offered with discount card at big bazzar outlet in Jamshedpur, which doesn't have any expiration date on it, staff assured me the card will be valid for * years,I paid Rs **** for it, when I visited the other big bazzar outlet in Jamshedpur less than a year since the card was issued the staff rudley says this card has expired and I am laible for no discount on it. This is fraud /scam to cheat coustmer like me, first they make me pay for the card and in short span of time they cancel the card and I make us over pay . Please take strict steps to ensure outlet as such don't cheat coustmer and make us suffer.
