Ms Ankur Electrical Noida - Discontinued Model of TV sold to me without warranty

I bought a **" Haier TV on **.**.**. I was talked into buying * years' extended warranty (from **.**.** to **.**.**), from a third company. When I checked for the manufacturers' warranty from the date of purchase, I discovered that it was a discontinued model. I brought this immediately to dealer's notice, but they confirmed that they will arrange manufacturers' warranty. All this correspondence is on Whats App. Thereafter I sent them an e-mail saying calling it a Formal Complaint. This was not acknowledged despite a reminder. I then sent a detailed complaint by courier, to which also there is no response. The TV is now with me for nearly ** days. It should be replaced without any further delay, by a proper TV with manufacturers' warranty. Since I can't attach any evidence right here, I am willing to do it later.
