I have purchased the "Royaloak Galaxy Four Seater Dining Set with Marble Top" at https://www.royaloakindia.com/ on Nov *rd, with an estimated delivery of ** - ** days. It has been more than ** days but the item is not yet delivered. For the last * days, I have tried to reach out to them on ********** customercare@royaloakindia.com. In the first * attempts, they mentioned that they don't handle the purchases happened online and they can not do anything on this and diverted the call to the online team, but no-one picks up the call. In the *th attempt customer care team directly connected online team person Peter. He mentioned there is some auditing happening and they don't have access to laptops and phones and my item will be delivered in * days. It did not happen. This time he connected me to Vignesh in charge of Hyderabad deliveries, he mentioned it will be delivered in a day. It did not happen. Again *th time I called the online team, this time online sales manager Anish mentioned he double-checked and verified and the item will be delivered by Nov **nd. That did not happen. I have requested them to cancel the order and return back my **k money, I have emailed them, but no response to email and did not pick up the call. No delivery and FALSE INFO and delay of delivery. I see this as FALSE COMMITMENTS and LYING, NO RESPONSE to EMAIL and phone calls ABOUT CANCELLING ITEM, lack of professional ethics.
I need either cancellation of the item and return my money or deliver it within a week, ie. by Nov **th. I have all data evidence to support the complaint
