Digicommerce Solutions LLP - Digicommerce Solutions LLP Compliant against substandard service and nonrefund of payment

I appointed M/s Digicommerce Solutions LLP (thereafter called Digicommerce) a Noida based firm, which is affiliated with Flipkart for sales boost on Flipkart on **th Jan **** by paying them Rs. **,*** for * months through Paytm. Our service began from **th Jan ****. Since the inception, I have been raising concerns regarding non-performance of services. After a lot of effort and escalation, I was appointed new account manager on **th Feb ****. Unfortunately, since then till date, their team worked for only * days.
I was committed to half an hour account management on daily basis or * hour every alternate day. Until today, the team has not worked on the account for more than * days. The team constantly avoids calls and fail to acknowledge emails too. This has been a constant harassment since the inception. I am open to share all chats with Digicommerce team members so far.
