I am seriously fed up with this sort of cheap services and so the products. I raised the issue on the same day but everytime I mail them they take nearly * or * days to reply even on working days.
I am referring to "Kurtistore" here
*. Their website is of no use except for cheating the customers without specifying any of their policies, not even their messenger service is working.
*. They were just passing the days (** days) and not even tried to solve it just once.
*. They are Surat based and demanding me to send it to them by my own money from Andhra Pradesh which again waste more than **** of my money.
*. The refund will also be done to kurtistore wallet, so they want me to suffer with this sort of useless issues by using that wallet again.
*. The way they dragges this issue for ** days made me not to believe any online store of small scale. My friend own one but he is dedicated to his work not careless like this kurtistore people.
*. I requested them so many times to resolve this issue. They remained passive, feeling that I will leave this after few days and they can get benefitted. The product they delivered me doesn't value more than *** and I'm very sure of it.
*. I want the refund to my account because I'm just fed up with these people. If I allow them to add money to my wallet they will take an year to reply to the issue that occurs then.
