- Didnt get my product Closed
I was used pickup and drop service of my OnePlus bullets wireless Z BASS EDITION as my blutooth volume is so low. I was submitted my product within warrenty But first when my product reached to service centre they rejected my product giving reason that the bill is unauthorised. But when I contacted the shop from where I bought this and also ASM of OnePlus company of my city they confirms that the bill is authorised and this is mistakenly done from them. After that again I send back this to servise station again they rejected my product saying that product has. Physical damage but when I was send it my product was not damage.but the rejected my product and after that I didn't get my product dilevery back and when I calling to coustomer care always they says only we send your request forward with in ** hours our employees or our senior wil update you but they didn't contact me i again and again call them I got same response but no one is updating me that where is my product. when last time I called the says same thing that they will contact me within ** hours but i gives them ** hours and. They mentioned that if with in ** hours i didn't get any update they will send me new product but when today i call after ** hours the denied it and again the not giving proper response
today when I called bangluru service centre of OnePlus where my product is gone.they recieve my call and when I say my problem the cut my call and not receiving call again

on ** August they close my service request but after that they didn't send me my product and i think they use personal use of my product
