Tkameez.com - Didn t receive refund for cancelled order and received wrong products for two orders

Tkameez.com is a fraudster company looting many cutomers everyday. I had placed an order from Tkameez (Order No : TK*******)
(Date : ****-**-**) with online payment and cancelled the order immediately as I had ordered the wrong size. I have not received the refund for the order. Then i placed another order with correct size. This time the order got delivered after * days but totally different product. I had ordered * t-shirts but received a very chep quality sweatshit which was of no use. I thought maybe there is some genuine mistake from their side and went to website but order was still 'in transit' state so i thought maybe i will return the order once order status is updated to 'delivered'. So as my b'day was near and i badly needed t-shirts i placed another order with same size and products. This time i received two totally different cheap quality tshirts with one small size and one medium size. So i got to know this was all a scam. I went to website now the status of last order was updated and as soon as i clicked on return button, the website threw a pop up saying that due to COVID our return pickup service is affected and we will let you know soon it becomes available. So i realized i had lost a lot of time, effort and money and fall prey to TKameez fraud.
