Booked flight ticket from pune to ranchi with happy easy go. Cancelled the ticket on **/**/****. Its been more than four months I didn't receive the refund. Each time the customer care keeps saying your refund under process and bla - bla. Many a times they dont pick the call either.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
