I have purchased some items from Shri Krishna dairy and department amount ***/- Rs. I have paid through Phonepe UPI. At the time of payment, it was in processing. After waiting *-** mins we paid by cash and left the shop. We also confirmed with the owner if the amount received by you kindly return. He said definitely. After some time amount got deducted from my account. Today morning I went there and said amount got deducted please refund my money. He denied and said call customer care I did not receive it. My transaction ID is P**********************. I called Phonepe customer care. They said you didn't call us with your registered mobile number that's why we can't help you. Kindly drop an email. I did the same. I also requested to arrange a call back for a fast and better solution. But they didn't call me yet. Moreover today morning I received an email stated that we request you to raise a ticket for the relevant transaction via the in-app support channel to help us assist you on priority. I already raised a ticket I'd is ********. Why should I raise tickets again and again over the same problem? They should transfer my raised ticket to the concerned team. But no they want me to waste my time with no solution. This is really frustrating. Kindly help me to get my money back. I know this is not a big amount but I have worked hard for it. Looking forward to hearing from you.
