- Did not show the places mentioned in the itenary Open
I booked wayanad family trip package from a franchise of make my trip: sharma holidays,
First, I booked for coorg package and later when I asked if I could change the location they suggested wayanad and took *,*** as cancellation fee. I agreed and paid the amount to book for wayanad trip, however, once the trip started on day *, they told that they can’t cover all the places as they are closed (total of * places in the itenary were cancelled) I asked to replace the places atleast because a paid **,*** in total for the entire package which includes travelling, accomodation and flight tickets, but the driver denied and took us back to the hotel saying that He won’t take to other places. I called sharma travels because of this rude replies by the driver and that employee (old man) spoke in a abusive manner. I later had to call his manager to inform about this and the manager told he will try to replace with other places but there was no response. I called makemytrip customer service, they asked for booking id, which I was not provided by sharma travels even though I asked for it. After the complaint they told that they will cover some places which will come on the way to the airport and showed * places. I can attach the itenaries separately to show the places covered.
