Order id: ********* i have ordered a saree from shopclues on ** jan **** for my mom which was cancelled due to delay in processing.i have paid *** rupees from net banking and * from cluesbucks. on * feb **** they cancelled my order and said that i will get my refund back but i only get * cluesbucks back not the amount of *** in my bank account. instead of complaining to the customer care and sharing my account statement for number of times i did not get my refund back nor any positive response from the company. i have wasted my mobile balance of worth *** rupees and did not got any positive feedback.i am really pissed off by such a shameful behaviour of an organisation like shopclues. i am badly cheated and i think shopclues team are thiefs. i want my refund back at any cost.
