We had planned for maldives trip and had approaced Thomas cook india.They had promised us and took an advance of ****** rupees via google pay.But they made us wait for * days and now they are telling that they cant book the resort.When we cancelled the trip and had asked for refund,They are delaying and giving us stress.Please kindly help.It is our hard earned money.
