Betway - Did not get my winning as well as my own money

I had made a withdrawal on **st of september and i usually get it in * to * days but this time it get ** days and more but stille i did not get my money back and they are also not telling tge reason behind the delay and also their support is not answering neither on betway nor on twitter and if you check their twitter handle you will se that lots of people have same problem but neither they solve our problem nor replying our chats it seems like they are planning to do a fraud with their customers. Please help us getting justice and our hard earned money back
