I am very disappointed with the services at Vijaya Diagnostics, Dr. A.S.Rao Nagar Branch. My mother was advised by the treating Doctor to go for an advanced health checkup. I was actually reluctant to take her out due to the current pandemic and her age factor, but as the doctor said it is mandatory to diagnose her health correctly and start the treatment, I respected his advice and took an advance appointment for my mother's health checkup at Vijaya Diagnostic, Dr. A.S. Rao Nagar on **-Sep-**** (Wed). After finishing the various procedures on that day, I double checked with the ground staff and reception to see that she didn't miss any tests and we were assured that she is done with all the tests and we can leave for the day and was told that we will be notified once the reports are ready. Till today, I received only one report of Calcium Serum alone and no other test reports were shared or any information was communicated on the status. When I contacted them today on the reports dispatch number **********, to my surprise they were saying that PFT was not done and were carelessly asking us to come to the diagnostic center to get that done. I am really upset with the kind of attitude the ground staff is maintaining and with the whole process as no one is accountable to guide the patients completely and even after such a miss they do not take things seriously as Mrs. Jayashree spoke to me and said she would come back to me in * minutes and now it's close to * hours with no response. Now, I am not sure how authentic the test results reports would be. If this kind of mismanagement happens even with the blood samples and other reports, it could give a completely different picture of my mother's health and can cause chaos.

I want to bring this concern to your attention and I would like to know who could assure us of the test reports accuracy and also who could sort the current issue. I didn't expect this kind of service from such a renowned Diagnostic Center and after paying such a premium amount for the tests.
