Dhani loan - Dhanil loan normal closed loan account reflected as settled in my experian credit report

I had a personal loan account in dhani loan. But i have already closed with full payment and i got NOC letter also.
But when i check my experian credit report then i saw the dhani loan account reflected as written off and settled
Then i called to their nodal officer he checked and confirmed it was normal closure
As per their instructions i sent email to them
But after few day’s they are saying i want to pay again twenty four thousand something
It is cheating
So i want resolution
Kindly please help for me for the experian credit report correction,
Due to the dhani loan cheating i am facing very disappointed mentally and physically
