I had purchased an iPhone **, and had brought an APPLE CARE PLUS protection coverage plan which was to expire on the night of **th November ****. My device got damaged and for the same i had reached out to Apple on **th November asking for pickup and drop services for my device. They had recommended to try out with Maple. I had called maple, and scheduled a pickup and drop for my iphone, for which i got a confirmation mail. The pickpup was scheduled at *pm on **th november. On **th, i had reached out to maple from **pm to * pm about * times asking the status of my pickup since my warranty was to expire that night which was clearly stated to them telephonically. i had also asked if there was going to be a default in pickup in which case i was also ready to go and give my device for repair. i was given affirmation that my device will be picked up and i need not worry. At *:** PM i again called their service center asking them for pickup update and they stated that the pickup is not possible now so it will be picked up the next day. On **th morning ** am after the expiry of my apple care the device was picked up. i reported the same to apple and maple helpline. despite taking up the case multiple times and raising issue * times on apple helpline and talking over ** times with apple customer care i have been denied a repair. now i have been asked to pay ***** for repair and also *** as diagnostic charges.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
