Tirumala Developers & Builders - Developer cheated for land after taking money

I have paid *.*L lakh to the refereed developer (Mr. Amar, Mobile no **********) through his then employee Mr. Sashank,, Mobile no **********) for two plots at Gudibande Taluk, Chikkaballapur district in the year **** and paid *,**,*** ( two lakhs only against cheque nos ******, ******, ******,****** of Axis bank & each cheque amount of Rs **,***/- date **/**/**, **/*/**,*/*/** & **/*/** respectively. After a year when I enquired they have closed down the office without any communication. When I contacted Mr. Sashank who intimated that he left the company and given Owners no. I have spoken to the owner a couple of times who promised me that he will clear all the dues. But after a lot of follow-ups one day on **/**/** he just transferred **,***/- to my account and promised that balance he will pay within a month. I have been calling him after that but he never picks up my call, then I send a message to him requesting the payment through WhatsApp. Even though he again sent me a message that he will give but no response nowadays neither he picks up my call. I am in tension due to the money got stuck with this developer and hence request you to get it to me asap. I request you to call him up to find his present address as he has closed down the office as mentioned in the sheet.
