Parimatch Betting App India - Deposit not reflected into betting account

I had deposited *****Rs into my PariMatch betting account now almost three months ago. But it has never reflected into my betting account until now. I have been writing emails to them , chatting on WhatsApp and also trying to call them but every support staff of that company responds with same message that I have to be patient. They are asking me to wait more from last three months. I had never heard that deposits can take upto more than three months on any platform. This is nothing but fraud.
