I have made a deposit on Oct *nd **** at **:** IST. The amount have not been credited to my betting account or neither returned back to my bank account as of now.
I have been contacting them on a regular basis for this to be resolved but only getting a standardized response such as a specialised team is working on this or waiting for response from payment provider. They are not even willing to provide an expected timeline for this to be resolved within.
Kindly help.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
