Oyo Life - Deposit money not retured

I was staying in the oyo life blr**** for * months... I left oyo life * months back, they have to return me **** rs. As my deposit money.... On ** march they have initiated the ticket... On *th April, I mailed again then, I got a reply from them that the ticket has been cancelled.... Now they are sending me the **th march detail that the ticket had been raised. We have done it from our end they are saying whenever I am mailing them. Apart from this no reply.... I asked to the supervisor too, he said,, yes, your ticket has been cancelled. I am asking them to raise the ticket again, but they are least interested to do that.... Kindly help.
