I have made a deposit of Rs *,***/- on **.**.**** by using UPI method and the amount has been debited from my savings account but not credited in my betway account. Its more than * months completed but there is no refund and the customer support is not at all responding to the issues.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
