My father was admitted in Hoapital due to some ailments and we informed Star Health about admission. We had taken a Star Health Senior Citizen Red Carpet policy and are paying around ** thousand per year for more than * years. Star Health has denied the claim and we are being forced to pay full amount and claim re-imbursement. We don’t understand the reason of such policy which is of now help at the time of need. We have raised grievance with Star Health bearing reference number ******* and the decision is getting delayed and we are forced to make payment. This is the tactics of Insurance Company to make us to pay for treatment and later on run for months together for re-imbursement
