Indane Gas, Iocl - Deliveryman asking for extra money, and threatening to provide half-full cylinder

Indane LPG gas deliveryman comes and asks for extra charges without even blinking. He again asks for a Diwali bonus. The bill was ***, and when given ***, he shouts and asks to give him ***, so as to get ** rs as bonus.
I live outside and my parents have to suffer this, everytime gas is delivered. This time I was present, but I couldn't say anything even when I wanted to because he threatens to stop delivering, or to deliver half filled cylinders.
