clothystore in - Delivery of wrong sarees and fraudulently charging more by displaying high cost products

I had visited this site and after going through their stock ordered * sarees costing each above rs.***. I recieved delivery on **.*.**** and on opening the packet I realised that I have been cheated by this company..I tried to contact on their customer care service number and talked to shri deepak sharma regarding this..he said its his staff mistake and they would refund me by googlepay, paytm or phonepe...I agreed but while making payment he started asking for verification code and oops etc..he asked me to send him some msg to ********** immediately..I became sure now that this company is bogus and trying to collect money illicitly from customers..I refused this payment. Next day I talked to him and his senior shri rao to send me either cheque payment or my original order sarees..I demanded their reply in two days and informed them that I will complaint against them..they agreed to call back...but no phone call received till date..on going through Google drive again I found that there are ** similar complaints against this ccompany. Also this company is just * months old statred online business since June ****..this all shows that this is fraudulent company and cheating customers by displaying costly items and delivering cheap products..also receiving payment in cash only..I can produce the delivery msg and photo of item delivered here as evidence..please do the needful as this is our social responsibility to stop such malpractices.
