MyOutFitShop - Delivery of wrong item by fraudsters

I have seen a suggestion in FaceBook, an offer of * full sleeve cotton shirts at Rs.*,*** from an online shopping portal "https://theoutfitshop.co.in/". The product was delivered on Cash on Delivery method on **-**-****. When I opened it, I was shocked as the ordered item is completely different. I received a cheap and low quality product with entirely different specifications as advertised in their offer. I have tried to ccontact the vendor through mobile phone and email indicated in their delivery. But was unable to reach them. The company doesn't have a contact address also. I am neither able to return it nor able to receive refund for the item. Kindly help me in this regard to bring the fraudsters infront of law and sue them so that I should receive complete refund of the item. They should be punished as per the law so that others wouldn't get trapped in their pray.
