The product delivered to me is different from the ordered costing worth of INR ****. The wrong product is delivered on *th April ****. The same day I did the return enquiry with the mail. In response, the mail from the online seller came stating that at earliest the issue will be sorted. Then onward I keep on asking through the mail for the return of product and reimbursement of paid money. Each time, the mails from online seller keep on posting that at earliest the issue will be sorted. Total of ** emails has been done regarding this issue. Even they are not giving the contact details of higher authorities for enquiry.
