It is to bring to the notice Dominos India that the Jhansi outlet is acting unprofessionally perhaps ruining the brand value and losing its valuable customers.
Both the outlets in Jhansi have instructed the delivery agents to instruct the customers to pick up the order from a common point in the city. This distance of that common point is generally *km from the actual delivery location.
The outlet accepts orders from locations where the order is not deliverable and later harrases the customers to collect the order from a common point.
In Jhansi, the common points are Rani Mahal or Verma Colony.
I strictly urge you to take action against such outlets. So that they stop harassing the customers.
