Firstly the order has been created in the month of November under the buy * and get * offer which is Jonh Jacobs JJ Rose gold and Vicente chase. I had placed orders * times mistakenly so one of Lenskart's team members called me and cancelled one order which is placed on ** November. Then later I had an issue with Vicent chase and it was replaced by Lenskart Air Matte Black gold Half rim cat eye received on ** December. I also faced an issue with John Jacobs so I replaced it with the same John Jacobs specs received on ** December
I constantly faced the same issue with John Jacobs specs and contacted Lenskart customer care and they told warranty claim can be done for that product. During the warranty claim, they replaced the John Jacobs specs with the wrong one which is Lenskart Air specs instead of the John Jacobs. The warranty claim request is done from their end on **th January through a call where I clearly mentioned that I wanted John Jacobs, but they delivered the wrong spectacles on ** January (Lenskart Air). I have sent the John Jacobs specs for the warranty claim to be done but they sent Lenskart Air specs.
