I have seen there add on FB and order an saree cost ****. With order number SG*****.but they have send me poor quality product. It's worst. So tried to return the item as they have confirmed me that their is a return policy as well. But after receiving the item. I found the product is poor quality. So written an email. They respond they will not return the money and will not take the return of the product. Need help to get the money back.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
