I ordered Ultimate nutrition Whey prostar vanilla *.** lbs on **.**.**** and same has delivered to me on **.**.**** at **.** am. I opened the parcel and found the supplement is totally fake, the container was without inner seal, and the scoop inside it is local made whereas the company never use this type of scoops. So the product is totally fake. I immediately file my complaint to Crazyvit through their Contact us option within * hours of receiving the product. But they are not responding respectively.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
