Problems details- Purchased lifelong bicycle from amazon by paying the full amount and had been delivered. Seller is Lifelong Online company. After using of * months, started facing issue in the cycle - sometime the chain came out, after switching the gear, the noise started coming and so on. Replaced the gear from local garage shop, no major improvement. On continuous reaching to their customer support, I started sending inexperience technician who comes and says the gear has to be replaced. They says, we will send a request for the new part. They never contacts us to provide the update unless I reach out to them. As update, I am keep on getting that we are working on it. It has been more than * month now and the complaint has not been resolved. I am frustrated with there support and service. I would not like to further associate with such untrustable and un reliable company. If I can get my amount refunded, it will be great help.
