New Builders Marbles Ghoramara Mallickpara Serampore Hoogly - Delivered backdated products

I paid advance for ACC F*R cement to the New Builders & Marbles on condition that they shall supply current products i.e.not more than * months old product from the date of manufacturing.They assured me that they will supply as per my condition as I mentioned. But on **/**/**** as I asked them to send ** bags of ACC F*R cement,they supplied the ** bags cement of August i.e produced more than * months ago. After that I asked them to replace the cement by current products,they denied. According to experts of ACC company products which was manufactured more than * month is not to use.
