Dear Paras Hospital,
I am writing to express my deep concern and frustration regarding the significant delay in receiving my father, Mr. Rishi Kumar's biopsy report, UHID **********. The biopsy was conducted on November **, ****, and despite numerous follow-ups, we have yet to receive the report or any concrete updates.
The lack of transparency and consistent information provided by your staff has been extremely distressing. Despite multiple assurances, we have not received any definitive timeline for the report's availability. The inconsistent information provided, such as the initial claim that the report would take *-* days, followed by ** days, and then indefinite delays, has added to our frustration.
Furthermore, the lack of empathy and understanding from your staff, especially regarding the patient's health condition, is deeply disappointing. The uncertainty surrounding the report has caused significant anxiety and stress for our family.
Every time I contacted the hospital, I was assured that my query had been highlighted and that I would receive a call within ** minutes. However, I have not received any such call. Today, on the **th day, I contacted the hospital again. The lab agent informed me that the report had been sent to the hospital and would be available within *-* hours. After waiting for several hours, I contacted the hospital again, and the agent assured me that the report would be provided within ** minutes. However, even after a full day, I have not received the report, and the status of the report remains unknown.
I am not asking for expedited results, but I simply request a clear timeline for the report's availability. This would allow us to plan the next steps in my father's treatment.
I have attached the call logs as evidence of the multiple follow-ups and the inconsistent information provided by your staff.
I hope that you will take immediate action to resolve this issue and provide us with the necessary information.
