** July ****- I purchased multiple products worth *.* lakhs from Vihaan direct selling through Smazing App , on recommendation from a friend . I cancelled the Order on the same day of Purchase and applied for Refund. I recieved a mail from Smazing App on ** July ****,:stating that Refund will be processed within ** to ** days , after Vihaan direct selling gives them refund confirmation details.Now even after ** days I did not receive any Refund.. Presently Smazing App is not responding to my emails and calls .
Meanwhile after more than ** calls and ** mails Vihaan direct selling ,sent me a mail on * August ****, stating that the Refund process is being looked by their Finance team, and within ** days I should be getting the Refund. However even after ** days from their Refund confirmation mail they are still not ready to Refund.
I have called them more than ** times since Refund confirmation mail and everytime they are giving excuses for not Refunding , like Finance team is getting upgraded or there is some software changes taking place etc.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
