Gopika dk filed complaint against Nokia on May 9, 2019
The service centre is not giving my phone back. I have contacted the Nokia company for support. They are not responding properly. My phone is in its warranty period. Since it is defective from the beginning. I asked for a replacement. They didn't do anything with that. Now * weeks are over. I am struggling without a mobile. I am worried about my data. What if they recover my personal data and misuse it. When I call the service centre for information they are either not taking the call or shouting at me and cut the call. I need a replacement or the money I spent on that.
