My recent booking (ID: OW**-*******) made on October *, ****, at *:** PM, which I canceled on October ** at *:** AM. As per Gozocabs cancellation policy, I am entitled to a full refund, as my cancellation was made within the free cancellation period.
It has been over * Days since my cancellation, and I have not received any acknowledgment or details regarding the refund process.
We tried contacting them via calls, emails but no response from Gozocabs despite multiple attempts to contact.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
