Pivotal Infrastructure - Delayed possession for 6 years need money back

I have a property in Faridabad with Pivotal group (*bhk, **** sqft, Tower **, flat no ****) at Ansal Royal Heritage which I bought in **** April. Its been almost * years I have been waiting for the possession but still no update. Due to my recent financial situation, I am not able to manage room rent + EMI together and I want the builder to either pay back the interest that I paid to the bank for the delayed duration or refund my amount with interest I paid with **% penalty charges. Also, need clarification on the following :
- I had paid extra *.** lacs for enhanced EDC and as per Govt rule, I want my money back till the time there no decision coming out.
