More than ** months Delay in settle my health claim for Critical Illness cover under ICICI Pru iProtect Smart Term insurance & Heart/Cancer Cover under ICICI Prudential Life insurance co.
After heart attack I had submitted raised claim form on **.**.**** & on **.**.**** .
After that ** doctors from the company called me and asking me to send them required pending documents so i send them all the relevent documents through Email and Via Courier service .
On **.**.**** one investigating Team fŕom icici prudential also had visited at my home & rechecked my all documents and took photocopy of all the documents .
Then i had complain to gro@iciciprulife.com on **.**.**** .
But Still they pending my case and delayed in settle my claim .
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
