Livspace - Delay in project completion

I had chosen Livspace over local carpenter so that I should not worry about the timelines and quality. In the beginning of the discussion with designer (Nishant Rana), I was told the project will get completed within ** days . I paid first **% of the amount on **th September itself and these people have taken * month to place the order and that was not for the entire home. It was just two wardrobes and * TV unit For these few things only , Nishant has placed order on **th October. I told him clearly that we need to shift in the new home before **th November and that is the last & max date. He always used to say "Don't worry. Your project will get completed before **th November itself. We will FAST TRACK the project". There is nothing called Fast Tracking in Livspace. Even in ** days as well, the project has not completed and there is no track of it. Designer has promised for ** days delivery but it has not happened and still the pending work is there. They have given the wrong material and taken more money and have not given any refund . Also there is no delay compensation being provided by Livspace.
