Sir, I have booked a window AC with stabiliser on **th July for Patna from Gurgaon . He had promised me to deliver my goods within a week. But till today I couldn't get the delivery. I have been requesting since **th July till yesterday numerous times probably once or twice per day even then they didn't deliver my goods. I am very disguised and upset from their behaviour. Now I want to charge penalty for my harassment and delay in delivery of Rs *****/**. So, Sir like am requesting to help me. Thanks
