DEBJANI MISHRA filed complaint against Hitech Estate & Promoters Private Limited on Jul 6, 2019

I had booked a flat in Hi-Tech Brundaban in **** with booking and further instalment fee total amounting to Rs.*,**,***/-. The promoter M/s Hi-Tech Estate & Promoters Private Limited has not yet delivered the flat to me and upon request for refund of the deposited amount with interest has informed that they will refund only the principal amount and not any interest and in six instalments. I am complaining to this forum to kindly initiate legal action against the promoter for recovery of my deposited amount with applicable interest.
