Repeated assurance that products will be delivered on time. But then stopped taking our calls or messages. Later sent a voice note saying products already sent. Trusting this, we arranged for courier pickup and lromised our customers that products will reach on time. Later came to know products were not wven sent at the time they assured. Had to arrange for alternate pickup amounting to a loss of *****/- and also lost trust of our customers.
