My Order was not delivered on time by giving a false reason that I had requested for delaying the delivery. The Delivery person was not picking up my phone. Finally after * days I manged to connect to delivery person he was rude and refused to deliver on priority since it was already delayed.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
