- Delay in Deliver of my online order and no updation Closed
I booked a Samsung mobile phone from Flipkart online shopping site on **.Mar.**** order id: OD*****************. The product delivery partner was Ekart logistics and it reached Cochin Hub on **.**.**** during Covid ** lockdown . From then there is no updation with the order i enquired with it in different Ekart offices in Ernakulam because while tracking it shown that product reached Cochi Hub **.April now delivery agencies start continuing their work almost * weeks . But no Update with the product and I don't have their contact number or any. The only thing i need is i want to know current position of my shipment and its delivery date.So please do the need full as soon as possible
